Very bad service and rude consultant

I have never met such an arrogant director in my life infact I doubt that. Never in a million times will a director treat customers like that lady. She's is rude and don't even have sympathy let alone respect. They choose a wrong career. Zero customer service. It sadness me to deal with such people in this difficult times. Hope the funeral service will be better from them this coming Saturday but I doubt.
