no feed back as promised

I have paid up my account to JM Attorneys as promised or even sooner, and requested a paid up letter and they keep saying they will get back to me and never do, when you try get through you are put on hold for ever and a day or you keep getting transferred to other people and keep explaining yourself and then get transferred again. all i want is a paid up letter or to see where i stand with them. they are quick to threaten you about payment but when you have paid you get the worst service and no answer.
