Disgusting service & constant over charging

I'm absolutely disgusted with the way JM Attorneys handle their clients with regards to debt collection. I'm handling payments on behalf of my mom & despite numerous requests, JM attorneys have yet to send an updated statement. Instead every month, they send emails & make phone calls (at an expense to the client) when there is no need to as payment has been made.<br> <br> Despite the agreed instalment being made every month, the constant phone calls & unnecessary letters ensure that it is nearly impossible for clients to pay a bill in full.<br> <br> Whilst reviewing a statement received last in October 2014, it is clear that there are numerous occasion where clients are double/tripled charged for fees on the same day. When querying this, it is stated it was \system"generated. If all of these unnecessary amounts are deducted"
