*****ing money

I have been trying to find out what has been happening with my mothers Death Claim for several months now.

Between Lungelo Mduli and Tate Mudzi I have been give the run around.

Not once have they bothered to make contact with me. I have made all efforts and EVERY SINGLE TIME I am given the round around and some lame excuse.

According to Tate this was supposed to be paid out two weeks ago. Yesterday Lungelo told me this was out of his hands.

My family is basically destitute at this point. I cant understand why I have to beg for this. I am so angry and hurt at this point.

Please can someone anyone assist me.

This service or should I say lack thereof is pathetic. I am taking to social media hereafter to see if anyone can assist. They cannot tell me how much the claim is worth or anything relevant. They are sitting with this money - as far as the family is concerned this is theft.
