Worst company I have dealt with

Terrible workmanship and after sales service. After they stopped responding to my emails, phone calls and threatening letters, I had to pay another company to fix the mess. Completely wrong design and unusable system. I knew things were going to go wrong when the installers could not even explain to me how they had installed it. I thought that because I installed 3 systems and was looking to install a further 10 they would want to do a proper job to prove their worth, but no. It seems the demand is too high and they are too busy to come back to finish off.
