Owner not honest

Worst owner I have ever met, Johan du Tout - not honest at all. Installed 2 faulty Revov solar batteries. JLS Solar had to remove both batteries and promised a refund of R96,598. That was months ago. Now the Revov batteries are nowhere to be found and Johan du Toit makes empty promises to do a refund. Months of empty promises has forced me to lodge and now continue with a ******** case as well as 2 civil action - one for a refund for R96,598.00 plus costs and the second for additional cost I had to incur for additional batteries plus costs. Johan du Toit asked me not to contue with these cases and that he would pay the refund. Now it's weeks later and still empty promises. Don't do business with JLS Solar - numerous people have had a similar experience.
