WORK INCOMPLETE AND FALLING APART

They were asked to repair my enclosed gutters around my house. They took down the old fascias and replaced the gutters. Then they put up new fascias. <br> <br> They did not seal the area between the gutters and the wooden fascias and after one month the sealant and paint was falling down. <br> <br> Their work is supposed to be guaranteed for 2 years. They have seen the problem and have promised me about 5 times they are coming to fix it yet they never show up.<br> <br> Always full of excuses! <br> <br> I have to find a gutter company and repair it at my own expense. <br> <br>
