Bad support all round

I had a unit that this company was managing. I would never get my statement and had to ask every month. They would bill me for not paying yet I asked for the statement to be sent through on the 25th of every month for my payment run. When I sold my property I thought it would be the last of them but they have yet to pay me back my forward payment on the levy. When I asked the to give me a break down no one knew what that meant and I could never get them on the phone. To date no one has returned a call or emailed me with the info. I would recommend no one every work with the company as the staff are not willing to help sort out any issues. If you are looking for a reliable managing agent look at Trafalgar or anyone else but JLJ.
