Poor service, exorbitant call out fee JLB GAS INSTALLATIONS!!!

Called Jan ***ner) to check my gas unit supplying my kitchen taps with hot water. He and his son pitched up. All they did was open the unit, checked some connections and assembled again. They couldn't have worked for longer than 10min. They charged R950 for this. Total ******* and its actually more than my doctor's consultation fee. When asked Jan why so expensive callout, he rep**** diesel for his bakkie is expensive. Added to this, he mentioned he will get his wife to send me an invoice. 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the invoice. After several messages and a call to remind him, no invoice received. He even had the audacity to tell me on the call my insurance would not cover the call out. I urge those requesting any form of plumbing repairs, do not use JLB, I repeat DONOT use JLB Gas!!! Pathetic service and call out.
