claiming problem

<p>Hi im Willem Rens payer and beneficiary of my uncle Andries Olifant who has passed away on the 20 th of September so I went to the company where iv open a policy for him and ask them if my cover is still active nd they told me yes but im 2 months behind but iv I could pay it up I could claim so I did effort and pay the ammount in that im behind with and a week after I went to put in my claim and then the lady told me I cnt claim they only going to pay out the premies iv been paying every mont now I want u to help me what do I do in a situation like that coz I paid over a year now can u guys pleas assist me by finding out what the problem is please</p>
