claiming problem

<p>Hi im Willem Rens who was the payer and beneficiary of my uncle Andries Olifant who passed away on the 16 of September 2016, burial on the 24 September 2016 the reason for this message is becos I urgently seeking a bit of help. I've been paying for almost a year on the policy,polic number 18-391/19-258 so I went to them if my policy is still active and they told me yes but im behind with 2 premies but if I can pay the ammount which is in arrears I could come and claim so I give them time so that it can reflected on they side.I started running out of patience and went back told them iv got the dead certificate and everything than they told me I cant claim bocoz I wad behind and I told them why did they say I must pay in the arears nd can come back to claim now they have alot of stories I have this cover for over a year and now they dont wanne pay out my claim but in the first place they made me pay in the ammount I was un arrears with, can u please be so kind and help me</p> <p> </p>
