JL I will not pay Tree fell

<p>Over 2 months ago I posted on gum tree that I was selling my palm tree. During that time part of a big tree collapsed in my garden, It was coincidence that JL Treefell wanted to buy my palmtree and I asked him to remove the fallen-over tree. We cam to an agreement that he would cut the fallen tree and take out the Palm tree to re-sell to his client. He first cut down our tree and a few week later came to fetch the palm tree, I asked him to pay me cash on the day and he said he would bring the money. Since then I have been trying to get the money for the palm tree from him. He says he'll pay it into my account, it doesn't get done. He says he'll drop it off - that doesn't happen either. It has now been over 2 months and we are yet to see the money,</p>
