JL Properties and Pam Golding real estate - Alberton

I have bought a house through JL Properties real estates in Alberton, with the seller represented by Pamgolding real estates alberton. I have discovered that the house a drainage problems with wall wet and pilling off from inside and outside .The tiles are saging. Both Agents refuses to resolve the problem,JL Properties refuses with the sale of contract.
