Useless Mag wheels repairer

A few months ago I contracted the owner (Jerome Bergstedt ) Tel ********** 597. I contracted this person from JL MOBILE MAG & SPOT REPAIRS for my mag wheels which had slight scratches from parking too close to pavements. He assured me he could repair and match my existing paint and finish which was high gloss Chrome. After he finished the job, I informed him that the Chrome colour he used to spray the Mags was dull and darker than the original colour. He informed me the supplier did not have the exact colour in stock, but as soon as he could get it he would come and re-spray my Mags. I now find the dirt collects on the mags very quickly and it is almost impossible to get them completely clean. I have been told by the Agents that the Spray nozzle which Jerome used was too co**** and that is why the dirt is attracted to the mags, and because the paint and sealing was sprayed too co****ly it is not unusual to have these problems. I have been trying to get hold of Jerome for 4 months now. Every time I did get hold of him, he **** and told me he would come next week and then it was again next week - this has been going on since January 2018 - I paid him cash as soon as he finished my job. presumably I will never see him again. DO NOT USE THIS GUY OR LET HIM TOUCH YOUR MAGS - HE WILL RUIN THEM.
