pre paid meters for cottages
Refuse to come look at their own meter that may be faulty only if you pay the call out fee of R500. If meter is faulty the customer has to buy a new one. Whats the point in getting re-paid meters for cottages.

09 Dec 2019, 13:26Hi Daniel. If the meter is less than 1 year old, and the meter goes faulty, it is replaced free of charge. I investigated, it seems you purchased 3 meters in 2014, we were able to assist you telephonically in 2017, so there was no charge in the end, and all 3 meters are still purchasing. Am I right?
