Poor support service

Their system is great, efficient and affordable but support is poor. I battle on weekends when I request clear temper codes, either their phone is on voice mail or there's no answer. I send sms and WhatsApp messages Friday evening and they only get delivered Monday morning, I've got proof/screenshots. I kept quiet for some time because I didn't want to get the lady in trouble. Now that I want to report her she's now hiding the owner from me. Victor is always busy to take my calls and he's not even returning my calls.
