Poor service

Very bad service Ask for a passel to be collected 3.days later had to phone to ask where the passel was. Just to find out it still not collected. I then cancelled the pick up and ask someone to collect it for me. Just for the person to get the and to be told that the parcel in no longer there. Phone jkj just to be told they have collected. Had to pay double fees for them not doing there job properly and following instructions
