Placed an order with https://ultimateexotics.co.za on the 23/12/2021 Asked about the order …. Was informed that they are closed and orders will only be sent out 3rd of January 2022 … Order was given to JKJ Courier for delivery …. With tracking number UER492968. They received the package on the 04/01/2022 …. Again I had to asked them what is going on since nothing has been updated … Promises was made by Jaco Cornelissen (Bloemfontein) that the parcel / package will be deliverd on 10/01/2022. This promise was on email . Today the 10/01/2022 at 07:47 JKJ Expressed phoned me and again promised me delivery will be done today .... At 16:30 i aked them this is the email addresses ('Customer Services 1 | JKJ Express Durban' <***>; 'Caroline Pillay' ***; ***; 'JKJ Durban' <***>; ***; 'Riaan Swart' ***) of all the people involved what is the next excuse for not delivering .... And yes, the following excuse was given: “Parcel has been hand over to the agent for delivery this morning. This is going to ???? outside of ???? and the agent services ??? on Tuesday and Thursday. I’ve been told last week that’s it’s going to ??? and not ???”

Their service is bad … Their client service is pathetic They are also *********** and Their words / promises are not worth anything ….

all they have is excuses upon excuses ….

I informed Ultimate Exotic Pets about their useless, *********** and pathetic couriers that they are using and sorry I will not buy again from them and never in my life use this courier company ……
