Express lies, not couriers

I have sent a parcel on 27 December 2019 with economy service which is 24-72 hours, according to their website. I was told that it should reach the destination by the following teusday, 24 December 2019. The tracking waybil stays unchanged from 28 December 2019. And nobody can tell me where the parcel is. This is very disappointing and I think it's extremely poor service. Over promise and under deliver, that should be your motto.
