Hi I have been waiting for my parcel since last week from Mac I called the office and they told me my parcel was out for delivery I called again because I was not receiving any cal from the delivery guy , the office gave me the drivers number I called him he told me that my he tried to cal me nd he realised that my number where 1 digits shoot nd he called the office for an alternative number, I never received any cal nor any missed cal he told me he was not going to bring my parcel as his bout to knock off and he will be driving back to Polokwane I will receive my parcel the next day , on his way he passes my area he told me that I need to come to him for my parcel how do u go meet with a driver if you are not mobile , I called the office to explain challenge and the office too his words over mine I was told I’m lying and there is nothing that will b done because I was called , what hurts me most is that my parcel is now 6 days late from the delivery period
