Driver causes bumper bashing and drives off

On 19th March 2019 16:36 their driver with numberplate FJ08FS GP pushed through Beyers Naude from a stop street on the left coming from Winsor while I was heading south on Beyers, I had to slam on my brakes and the car behind me drove into the back of me. Minor damage (chipped paint in 2 places, not "buffable") and not worth taking either party to court over, but the fact that their driver saw this and then just drove off, and when I emailed JKJ Express (along with screenshots from my dash cam providing proof), they never got back to me, leads me here. I didn't ask for compensation, I only asked that they speak to the driver and at least provide feedback, which they didn't.
