Zero for you people.1st of all my area is classified a Suburb, even if it was a Township you people have no right to put it up there on top of the receipt. And it’s not the 1st time I receive this racially offensive comments from JKJ Express.Your comments are appalling and disgusting not in 2022.My package was meant to be here by Wednesday , I only received the package Friday and this is the 3rd time we use them every time their service has been poor and somewhat racially offensive. My Mom phoned them on Wednesday after the package didn’t arrive as promised, they gave her excuses. Told her they will deliver Thursday still nothing. It only came today, and on top the receipt is written in bold “Township” why?

On the phone someone told my Mom something like it is a Township and something along the lines of we are scared to deliver there, hijacking and non-sense like that. People if you do not want to render a service to our places put it up there and specify we will gladly use other companies way bigger than you that have no issue delivering in black peoples areas.

some lady phoned and promised to get back to me by the end of the day on Friday she didn't, till I emailed and asked her. In her response she just said to me I will get back to you on Monday, today is Tuesday still no call or follow up, it really shows how they don't give a toss, they can discriminate all they want and nothing is done about it.
