Paid a deposit, en then nothing happens...

<p>Mr Johan Kriel from JK Draughting went into an agreement to get approved building plans, for which I paid him a deposit of R8 000. He picked up the plans from my place, and send somebody to drop them off at the office of City Planning and Development. He never followed up, and when I finally decided to follow up myself after a YEAR, I was told that these were "Sample" plans which can not be accepted. I made Mr Kriel aware of this, and he send me a new quote for 5 times more to complete the process. I requested him to pay back the deposit, but he refused. It is now clear to me that he never had any intention to complete the process for which he was paid, and I warn others not to fall for the same ****! </p>
