terrible quality, and terrible service, neither a contact shop nu. and doesnt want to refund

i bought many items from this little business to try to support them. bought jeans, wasn't very sure, something looked wrong to me, told her ***ner) she said bring them in lets see, but since no tags i wore them that day of this incident. went past the shop, said, this hole is right by the knee, i went for coffee. as i sat down it ripped right down, one line, strange, because normally denim is strong, although the quality for R850 jeans should be better.. i had these jeans not even on for a entire day. went back to show her assistant how weak they are. phoned her/ owner, said i must bring them in for tailoring, she wanted me to sign a letter, a indemnity form, i refused. she now has these so called "jeans" and doesnt want to refund me, said i must refer to their terms and conditions but its not on the slip. when i wanted to google, the company "JK original" says no such registered company and has it as "we...gmail.com. SAYS SOMEONE ELSE MAY MANAGE THIS BUSINESS PROFILE in any other case from another store, if the item is "bad workmanship"
