JK China Mall ********

Yesterday the 7 March 2018 I’ve sent my child to purchase 2 wireless speakers for a 11yr old and a 6yr old at JK in China Mall Main Reef Road, Fordsburg. When i was charging the speakers both charge port broke same day, sent the child to go and enquire the following day 8 March 2018, they said maybe we charged the speakers upside down maybe that’s why it broke, told them I’m old enough not to know how to charge a speaker. They said there’s no guarantee and that they could not help. They even denied giving me their full names on the phone, so the child came back home with those broken speakers. They ****** me of my R220
