Worst Multichoice vendor in Natal!!!

After paying close to R4000 for an extraview installation in January, my explora decoder starting acting up shortly after installation for the past few weeks. I made the trip to JJ's electronics with the decoder only to be told that it has to be claimed under my insurance which is not 3 months old. I contacted them again and after sending a team to do the inspection they determined that the splitter and new explora decoder had a hard drive malfunction which is covered by the warranty. JJ's electronics' callout fee however is not covered and I have to pay R550 callout for them to come and fix the installation. Where does this fall under treating customers fairly??? I fulfilled my obligation, which was to pay for an installation. How many times does the installation have to be sub-standard before I stop paying call-out fees??! Plain ridiculous business practice! I will get someone from Ballito to assist me if I have to!
