Poor customer service

I bought a cylinder head for toyota toyota camry last year, i did all this over the phone so before purchasing i asked the man his name is Jason and he is the owner of the company. I asked him what was the guarantee then he said the cylinder is still in good condition and that wasn't a problem but only to find out the cylinder head was incorrect and not in a good condition besides it being incorrect so i returned it to him. I'm back dating to someway around May 2025, till today he hasn't refunded me he keeps on telling he must first sell it so that he gives the refund. So in other words i must wait for such a time when he sells his product so that he gives me my refund. First of all its his part that was incorrect. I bought another one somewhere what i need from him is my money. I purchased that cylinder head for R4000.
