Horrible JJR Inc Attorneys

I had a horrible experience with JJR Inc Attorneys, I entered into a purchase agreement for a property on 02/05/2019 (Ref DALENA BYLEVELD/MAT18022/DALENA). The transfer instruction was issued on 06/05/2019 which costed me R62 069.50, I was then told that the transfer would take 4-6 weeks after bond approval, by then I had bond approval from several banks. The property only registered on 31/08/2020, all sorts of reasons were mentioned such as 1. House plans amendments 2. Tshwane municipality delays 3. Lockdown. It took JJR Inc Attorneys 1 year and 3 months to register the property, this is a very poor service at its best. I strongly don’t recommend JJR Inc Attorneys for property conveyance they are simply ***********.
