Bad and Unprofessional experience

Absolutely the worse experience purchasing or transferring a property using JJR Inc and PAM Golding.

Yolandi du Plooy, was unprofessional, rude and not considered that the general public don’t purchase homes every year and/or month. The fact that I get an email and phone call that I urgently MUST come on sign and then we take off from work and then she is late is very unprofessional. And then understanding the timelines for payment incorrectly and continuously get reminded of payment .. even we showed that all payment was on time just shows that it is a ticking exercise and that it a formality for them and no customer service. All I wanted from the start was someone to explain and give me a heads up on next steps .. but all I got .. mr Nell please make sure you pay the next money.
