Poor service delivery & rude behaviour

In Feb 2015 I bought a Defy washing machine at OK Furniture Robertson. 3mnths later it broke still under warranty. Reported the incident and a Mr Venter subcontracting under Defy and co worker came to fix it. They showed me the damanged part and said they need to replace it and managed to bypass the machine to work without it. 4months passed no feeback.I had to enquire and only then Mr Venter called me to confirm when I will be available to replace part, he never came. Yesterday 25/11 @ 18:34 I called him for the 1st time to enquire when he so rudely responded: \listen here until what time do you work? "I politely rep**** until 17:00\"" he sarcastically rep**** \""I work until 16:30 and don't ever call me while I'm off duty as you mess with my private time\"" I was so shocked and said \""I apologize and did't realize the time"
