Illegitimate VAT

<p>Johan form JJ Staalwerke or Staalkonstruksies in Chrissiesfontein asked us VAT on a job to erect steel roofs, well knowing that he was not registered for VAT. We are not able to retrieve the money from him. He does not answer his phone. </p>
