Stole Garage Door Motor Battery

Technician (Jan Snygans) installed the automated garage doors (fully advertised and quoted for the applicable motor with battery - Box even lists the battery as included) only to realize after the power went out that the Technician (Jan Snygans) stole the motor battery. Numerous requests and follow ups - complete silence.
