Please avoid this company at any cost.

The work that was done is sub-par. The roof has started leaking after about a year, at least one of the gutters was not attached properly and the well-point-connected water tank is nothing but a very large, super expensive white elephant.

The bigger problem is that the owner talks a lot and encourages project creep with all kinds of promises of a great deal to do this and that and half the material is in his garage, so he would sell it to you at cost price (apparently from a previous project). However, then came the suggestions of projects for which he needed the money immediately (later I realised that the amount quoted was much more than it should have been) and he would send me the invoice that evening because he couldn't generate a proper one on his phone. Well, I'm still waiting for those invoices and the water tanks. He took thousands and just thinking about it makes me sick.
