I ordered an item on Friday, received it on Tuesday. Packaging was good, still wrapped in plastic. Item looks fine - haven't thoroughly tested it though.

2 Issues: 1. They don't keep you up to date about your order's progress and you can't view it anywhere 2. The item is from China so all the manuals and box lettering is in Chinese - which is not that bad, you can find the manual in English online

Other than that, very happy and a very good price
