<p>Building contractor JJ Renovations was contracted to do some work at our home, with quite a price tag! Up to 80 percent was paid with the agreement remainder will be paid when done, but all materials should be on site.</p> <p> </p> <p>sweet and short of it, he disappeared and he did not pay his sub-contractors, i still needed to spend another 20k over the past 2 days to have just the material on site. And do the work myself!</p> <p> </p> <p>The builder is Jaco Pretorius and apparently he works for Lifestyle as well.</p>
