Professional service in every detail

I have had many bad experience with mechanics in Bloemfontein. I got an airlock in my car's engine and this time I phoned the AA to ask them for accredited mechanics. Without skipping a beat they recommended JJ Motors.

When I phoned them they answered the phone the first time and within three rings, they understood my situation immediately and put me through to a mechanic (again almost no waiting time). The mechanic was able to come and help within 30 minutes and was able to give me a quote for my specific situation over the phone. The mechanic, Johan, arrived 1 minute early for the appointment. He was very friendly and resolved the problem within a reasonable time frame. Whilst repairing the car he took the time to answer some questions and taught me a lot about the car engine that I didn't know.

Before leaving he said I should pop in and the workshop to have my engine cleaned down properly. I have just come from the JJ Workshop now where they cleaned my engine and windows and rinsed down my car for free. Again, the service and greeting was fast, efficient, and friendly. The workshop was also very clean and organised.
