Unprofession Staff | Unreliable company

<p>I have been going back and fourth with this company for almost a month. They were quick to overcharge me for a Call out, just to check what my issue is, but when it comes to doing the work, the staff members over promise and the actual plumbers have no clue what they are doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>On the 7th of this month i was waiting for a plumber the entire day who first did not arrive at the agreeid time. I then got a call from this plumber telling me that he was just booked to do another job and that he would be coming to my house after 3. He never arrived even though i made my booking with this company over a week ago. To make matters worse nobody called with an apology, it was only i called they were apologetic for wasting my time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then got a call on monday to reschedule for this past weekend Sa****ay, 14 May. To start off the plumber did not even have the parts to do the work. When i asked him about this he said that the receptioninst did not give him any information about the job he was there to do. He was difficult and sarcastic, and vey unprofessional!</p> <p> </p> <p>I then procedded to ask him to call Elna van Romburgh who had nothing but excuses. Neither one of these people appologised for their mishap. Its been over 24 hours and i have yet to get a call or email apologising about their unprofessionalism and to show they do not care, no one from their office has called to reschedule.</p> <p> </p>
