Never on time/Bad communication

JJ Lourens Plumbing cc is the plumber assigned to my insurance claim with Outsurance for leaking pipes and water damage. Every time we made an appointment for them to come asses the damage they would phone an hour after they were suppose to arrive and ask if they could still come through. I even took leave from work to get this done and they still didn't get through. Once they finally assessed the damage and the insurance accepted the quote, they made an appointment with me to come do the work at 9am this morning. After 10am I contacted them to see where the plumber was. This is totally unacceptable service.
