Firstly, it needs to be specified that they are the appointed plumbers by insurance. These useless *****s sent an *********** child to access damages. The idiot even bragged about just doing assessments and not getting his hands dirty. The promised plumbers never arrived and the report was riddled with deliberate lies, therefore the insurance won't pay out. The staff member in question should be tried for ***** but I'll settle for him being fired. This has been going on for a year already
