Bad service and overpricing

On Friday, 17 July 2015 I phoned Bianca at JJ Lourens to make an appointment for Monday morning, 20 July at 9:30. The plumber had to fix a tap, install a mixer and fix a leak. On Monday morning, 9:30 they did not pitch. I phoned only to discover that Bianca did not book a plumber. After I spoke to management, I was promised that they will send out a plumber immediately. So I took off from work and waited and waited. Eventually at 11:46 I received a sms to confirm plumber is on his way. At 16:00 the plumbr decides to pitch, only to tell me it is too late they cannot start the job. I insisted and then they charged me overtime prices. I am VERY disappointed because I asked Bianca explicitely not to drop me. Also I cannot understand how they can load the price if I made an appointment 3 days in advance. I will NEVER use or commend JJ Plumbing again!!
