JJ Groups Useless

I bought a custom braai grid from him as advertised on Facebook. Sent him a picture (from his add) as to what I was looking for. Paid him in full with delivery. The day the package arrived it was another of his unfortunate customers items. Had to wait another two weeks for my item to arrive. When it did I felt that the build and quality was not what I ordered. It has now been two months and he is still full of excuses and I still do not have what I THOUGHT I paid for. He is now giving me attitude of being disrespectful after I have been very patient with him from the start.
