Firepit - cracked and says I must sue him

I ordered a Firepit from JJ Group in early March.

It was delivered with no instructions. I actually messaged Justin before I lit a fire and asked if he was sure it would not crack. He advised I put sand in the base. I did so and lit a small fire. The concrete base cracked within minutes.

His response - not his problem. He is “suing” his suppler and I must sue him.

He won’t refund. Won’t replace.

His words:
