JJ Electronics Richards Bay

JJ Electronics Richards Bay are the worst DSTV accredited company ever. Our Ultra view was faulty so we visited the branch to test and provide us with a solution. They didn't have wifi to do a test on the machine so they just reset it. My husband then said it doesn't work that way because we are paying insurance and need the machine tested or replaced with a new one. So the consultant went to the back of the store and gave my husband a new machine...(according to the consultant)...and when my husband asked about the open box of the BRAND NEW machine, he was promised that it was a BRAND NEW machine. Got home, connected the BRAND NEW machine and guess what...it's a second hand, out of order machine that has been supp**** to us according to the DSTV customer service. Date serviced 29/01/2022. JJ Electronics Richards Bay must be uncredited from DSTV. You are the worst service center in KZN.
