EXETREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM THE OWNER OF JJ CANVAS

Very POOR service from JJ Canvas!! No star for this man. This is the first company we came across who does not know anything about COMMUNICATION nor APPOLOGIES. At first the owner Jean came to measure the size for the cover to be made. He measured it too long. The day his guys came to install the cover, they noticed it was too long. So, then we told them to install it a little further and not on the coping. We were very happy with guys who installed the cover. Although the poor guys came there with little tools. They borrowed some from my husband. After the job was done, he didn’t sms and ask if we were satisfied. We did not hear from him at all. My husband tried getting hold of Jean to let him know the cover was installed at a little further as he measured wrong. We were afraid that the cover would eventually sag. With chatting to his receptionist as he did not answer nor reply back on my husband’s calls and messages. “Apparently “he was sick. He took long to get back to us. He does not know anything about apologies, communication nor time management. My husband at many times had to call or sms after him. Poor receptionist had to do his dirty work for him all the time and lie!! What we heard about him and his company who he had changed names many times is really scary. Please do not make any business with Mnr Jean Kearley. He had changed his company’s names so many times. What I found was: It was Kearley's Canvas Fabrications, Kearley's Weather Blinds & Awnings & Pool Covers, WP Canvas and now JJ Canvas. It just makes a person wonder if he does not change his company names to run away from the Tax guy.... Makes you think doesn't it????
