Bad service or a ****

Do not deal with this business. I made contact with them Mid August 2021, very quick to respond. Made an appointment to come and measure the pool for a pool cover. I received the quote and paid him cash, with a promise it would be installed the following week. At the time of writing 23 September, all I’ve received is WhatsApp messages with excuses. The original contact - Jean Kearley - only ever communicated via voice note. Then he disappeared. Then a young girl , Chanel Calitz , took over the communication. Excuse after excuse and promise after promise, but still nothing arrived. I was promised delivery today - 23 September, I received a call at 14.30 to say they not going to deliver as its long week end and there’s too much traffic. Sadly for me, I believe this all to be a ****. Avoid this business at all costs. If you choose to deal with them , do not pay them anything until delivery is made.
