Brilliant Customer Service

Probably one of the best service experiences i have had this year.

I purchased an IQOS the Mall of Africa store, unfortunately a month later the titanium blade snapped.

No issue, went in, holder was replaced, when i asked the amount to pay i was told this is fully covered.

Awesome service :)
