Poor service by JIWE Properties

I have recently bought a flat from JIWE Properties in Pretoria. The was no proper hand over, I was given the apartment keys on the street and the garage key is still not provided and I am now referred to the seller.

These property agency has provided us a poor service that no client deserves. They have gained their profit and now they don't want to provide any after sale services. The overall service from them is shocking.
