We employed the services of JIV Woodcraft on the recommendation of an architect. The business is sold as a designer of kitchens, vanities and built in cupboards. The owner is a ********* who goes by the name of Mano Emmanuel or Emmanuel Kokkinides that has absconded with more than R500 000.00 of our money. Promises a kitchen but only delivers flimsy carcasses. Does not return phone calls and eventually disappears. He has a wife by the name of Rita Vafiades who handles his accounts and is complicit in his thievery. He also trades under the name of Kouzina's Kitchens. He is of mediteranean descent and operates out of a shed in Kya Sands.

Stay far away from this con-artist. He is a ***** and we will be pursuing ******** charges against him. Consider him extremely dangerous.
