Bad and risky service

Every Mondays it's bottomless at JitterBugz in centurion high park. One of my friends recommended it, we went there for the 1st time. So our 1st order was fine, we asked for top up, it seems like they didn't want us to top up. They brought wings with extremely hot chillies, I only had 2 and couldn't take it anymore. When we asked if the can exchange the other plate , they then brought hard wing and burned ribs. We were not welcome, the manager asked if we are still fine, she wasn't aware of everything because she was on the ground floor. The we told her, she approached the waiter, he said it was a mistake. How can they be so careless? Forthe fact that I had diarrhea because of the chillies and ended up going to the Doctor as I couldn't do anything after random bathroom visits and dehydration.

It was the wort experience on my 1st time and I plead my friends and family to not go there.
