Charged for there mess up

Messed up my hair cut and colour wise ,had to be redone and then I was charged again for another half head of hi lites which I only needed as a result of there mess up. The cut is a mess much shorter than I asked for and after an initial R3000 which I paid despite hating the colour I had to pay an extra R800 for my trouble and there stuff up. Cindy the owner is rude and a money grabber. I'm the fourth person I know to leave due to her rudeness
